Fort Worth, Texas (August 22, 2011) - Starr Tincup, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to specialized market segments such as the human capital management (HCM) software and services industry, is proud to announce its selection as one of the 52 best places to work in Fort Worth-Dallas for 2011 by the Dallas Business Journal. This is the fourth year in a row that Starr Tincup has received the honor.

Scores on an employee survey administered by independent research firm Quantum Workplace determined placement on the Best Places list. The final rankings will be revealed in a special publication from the Dallas Business Journal on Sept. 22, and profiled in a special publication on Sept. 23.

“We're enjoying a great year of growth as a company, with lots of new clients and new hires. We're glad to see that as we grow, we are keeping our people-oriented culture alive,” said Steve Smith, one of the partners at Starr Tincup. “We believe that you are who you are. We want to be a company where creativity thrives and communication is open and honest. Owners can't create that, but everyone in the company can do it. The credit goes to our team. About Starr Tincup

Starr Tincup is a full-service marketing agency for companies in specialized market segments. We build brands by telling the truth (to you, to your customers and to ourselves). We promise an unyielding pursuit of the truth as we work to discover the mysteries of your idiosyncratic buyers. Our job is to enhance your position in the market. We do that by thinking, writing, designing and developing. And talking on the phone. We talk on the phone a lot.

You can find us on the second floor of an old warehouse in Panther City (it gets hot in the summer). Or on the World Wide Web. Answers to frequently asked questions: (1) Three-time Best Places to Work; (2) Year 2000; (3) $12 million; (4) Nearly 300; and (5) Never before a business meeting (well, okay, sometimes).
