Take a look around the site; the people, the examples, the clients. Once you’ve exhausted our site’s witty and gripping content you should now have some clue about who we are and what we do. Then ask yourself this question: “Do I put enough foot to ass to continue reading?” This question should probably be thought, not spoken. The answer; however, should be a moment of self-realization, and it's perfectly acceptable to turn to your neighbor and say, “Hell, yes I do!” or “No, no, I do not.”

If you're speaking these things aloud that probably makes you “crazy” and means you need “help.” People say we use quotes “excessively,” but we think those people are “bastards.” Had “enough?” Didn't “think so.”

There is a 98 percent chance you won't make it here. The work environment is set up to weed out the weak—our own twisted version of natural selection. But for those special few (do we sound like a recruiting commercial for the Marines yet?), here is what you have been waiting for: a job at a firm that doesn't completely suck.

Oh, and before all you out-of-staters start applying, we're not in a real habit of importing people...it's not that we don't think you're any good or that we've never done it, it's just kind of a hassle. So unless you're Seth Godin (good God please let Seth Godin apply!), you'd better have a plan on getting you and your studio apartment down here yourself.
