Lots of companies use this section of the website to list a bunch of other companies they’ve probably only interacted with on a couple of occasions. We think that’s a phenomenal idea! We've been amazed by what it's done for morale around the office. Everyone feels much better knowing we can name-drop these excellent companies at any time. Feel free to "oohh and aaahhh."

Seriously though folks, we could have listed 100 companies here. Instead, we opted to list the select few we interact with on a daily basis. Suffice to say, they all badasses in their own right. Now go be impressed.

salesforce.com

What’s the story? SalesForce.com—seriously, if you don’t know who these people are, get off your dead ass or out from whatever rock you crawled under during the tech bust back in ’99 and pick up a newspaper, look at a magazine or read the writing on the stalls in a public restroom. The good people at salesforce.com (SFDC if you’re tight with them) have been kicking ass and taking names for the last five years. Actually, they’ve been doing it longer than that, it just took this long for… Continue

GoToWebinar

What’s the story? One crisp autumn morning, a young Ayn Rand was enjoying a morning stroll while mentally forming what would be known to the rest of the world as objectivism, cause millions of people to read “The Fountainhead” and subsequently feel like total jackasses, when a completely unexpected and, frankly, intrusive thought invaded her solitude: “What if there was a way to reach a large number of people through an intimate setting at a low cost?” Unfortunately, Ayn had only seconds… Continue

Equation Research

What’s the story? Let’s be honest here, shall we? None of us really liked doing the background work for those book reports back in grade school, and we sure as hell didn’t like doing the research for the thesis they said we had to write to graduate college. Probably the reason we’re not all Ph.D.s, am I right, or am I right? But we still passed the fifth grade, and we still managed to graduate college, despite the dude-have-you-ever-really-listened-to-your-own-voice-I-mean-really-listene… Continue

Broadlook

What’s the story? Here's a little bit of trivia for you: did you know that the NSA and Broadlook recently participated in a competition to see who could mine more contact information? Broadlook not only won, but went home with the NSA's girlfriend afterward. It was sick. The NSA was all, "You don't know who you're messin' with, biznatch. I got mad eavesdropping skills." And Broadlook was all, "Son, it's go time. You and that $3.6 billion budget are going down faster than Enron's stock p… Continue

The Trade Group

What’s the story? The list of the top five most influential figures in modern history goes like this: 1. Mahatma Gandhi – Revolutionized non-violent appeals for social and political change 2. John Tesh – Revolutionized already-painful-to-listen-to elevator music into homicide-inducing-if-listened-to elevator music 3. David Hasselhoff – Reminded us that losers can still win in Eastern Europe (see: “French military victories”) 4. Thomas Jefferson – Revolutionized a revolution (sadly, the r… Continue

The Devon Group

What’s the story? You know in those old kung-fu movies how there’s always that one guy in the corner that never says or does anything, but you just know that if you watch long enough, he’s gonna prove to be one bad hombre? Then he kicks the crap out of 50 ninjas with a cocktail napkin. That’s The Devon Group—minus the marshal arts, nunchucks and poorly dubbed dialogue. There are PR agencies and then there’s The Devon Group. If you’re in the HR software and services industry and they have… Continue
